Destinations

We ship to virtually any country in the world. Please note that there are some restrictions on some items, and some items cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your items, we will contact you.

Shipping Costs

The shipping rates shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, courier rates may be higher than what we have listed on our site. In such cases we will inform you of any additional charges and wait your confirmation prior to processing your order.

Shipping Availability Date

For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 1--2 business days after payment was cleared.

For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.

Delivery Period of time

All shipments will be delivered via Express delivery such as DHL, UPS, EMS. Delivery time will generally take from 3 to 5 business days after the shipping date. The Total delivery time, including order preparing and shipping time, is normally 3 to 7 business days. In some cases, your customs authority may hold your order which may delay the delivery date.

Insurance

For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages during the transport process. Please Contact Us to inquire about insurance rates for your order.

All items are carefully packed and addressed for export delivery. Should items become damage or lost during the transport process, glob-won.com will not be liable

In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact us to initiate the claim. Glob-won.com will refund the cost or replace the item upon receiving confirmation from the insurance company for the compensation.

Customs clearance, import duties and VAT

Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.

All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.

(Normally you dont need to pay the import duties if your order is less than 3 items, we will mark it at a very low price. In this case, we will not send you a paper letter receipt with item again, you can already find your receipt in your email. Please let us know if you need us to mark it at orginal price with a paper letter receipt.)

Glob-won.com will not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is out of our control.

Certifications

Each country has its own certification requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product. If you have a specific question about a product, please contact our contact us directly.

Return Policy

All our products come with one year warranty. Items with quality problem in 7 days (from the date item received) can be returned for refund or replaced. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded if the product was tested fine by us. For an amount return which higher than 150 USD, we will reduce 15% from the amount for restocked.
